Abstract

目的研究成人骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者的颅面结构与颈椎姿势的相关性.方法对45例成人骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者拍摄自然头位时的头颅定位侧位片.结果成人骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者的SN-VEL、SN-OPT、SN-CVT与SNA、SNB、SND、SNPo存在显著负相关,与SN-GoGn、SN-PP、SN-OP、NSGn等变量存在显著正相关.结论成人骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者的颅面结构与颈椎姿势具有相关性.
