Abstract
Objective To explore the ways of the systematic and standardized training in order to improve theoretical level, operation specification, and language communication skills of N0 nurses. Methods A total of twenty-six N0 nurses were selected to receive the systematic and standardized training.By using clinical scenario simulation method,to evaluate the mastery degree of the knowledge and response capabilities before and after the training, including professional knowledge, core system, health education, emergency plans, emergency and critical care and cooperation, and operational skills. And these data were statistically analyzed. Results In professional knowledge grades of N0 nurses, there were one nurse with 70-79 scores, nine with 80-89 scores and sixteen with≥90 scores after the training, and there were three, eighteen and five nurses before the training, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (Z =10.57,P < 0.05).In operational skills grades, there were one nurse with 70-79 scores, ten with 80-89 scores and fifteen with ≥90 scores after the training, and there were ten, eleven and five nurses before the training, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (Z =9.58,P < 0.05).In standardized language and etiquette grades, there were two nurses with 70-79 scores, eleven with 80-89 scores and thirteen with ≥90 scores after the training, and there were five, ten and eleven nurses before the training, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (Z =11.32,P <0.05).Conclusions The systematic and standardized training can effectively improve professional knowledge levels, operational skills, judgment and response ability in case of emergency, which can improve the quality of training.
