Abstract

Entecavir (ETV) is a nucleoside analog antiviral agent launched in recent years.It seems to be efficient and safe in the prophylaxis and treatnent for HBV recurrence in patients after liver transplantation,chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy.ETV is also effective and safe to children who infected HBV in short-term follow-up.The treatment effect of ETV in three special patients as mentioned above is reviewed in this paper.
