Abstract

目的 对纯音听阈正常的飞行员进行诱发性耳声发射检测,早期发现飞行员的噪声性听力损害.方法采用Capella耳声发射分析仪对纯音听阈正常的飞行员(30例,60耳)及健康对照者(15例,30耳)分别进行诱发性耳声发射(瞬态诱发耳声发射和畸变产物诱发耳声发射)检测,并记录结果进行统计学分析.结果与对照组相比,飞行员组的畸变产物诱发耳声发射的高频幅值、瞬态诱发耳声发射的反应波信噪比、波形重复率、频带信噪比和重复率均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论纯音听阈正常的飞行员可能存在着早期听觉损害,对飞行员应当重视听力动态监测,以加强早期防护,诱发性耳声发射是行之有效的方法。
