Transurethral enucleation of the combined resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical analysis of 402 cases

Abstract
Objectives To evaluate the combined transurethral resection of enucleation of benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment efficacy and complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in April 2004～October 2009 admitted 402 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,transurethral resection of enucleation combined treatment,efficacy and complications,etc.Results There was no mortality and water intoxication(TURS syndrome)cases before and after surgery:IPSS score,maximum flow rate and residual urine were statistically calculated values,both p<0.05,statistically significant differences.Conclusions Transurethral enucleation of the combined resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective,safe and reliable.
