Abstract
The hydraulic axial piston motor is an important actuator in the hydraulic system. The piston pair between the piston and the cylinder hole is a key friction pair of the axial piston motor. This paper analyzes the leakage flow of the piston pair of the axial piston motor, and discusses the influence of the unilateral fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder hole on the leakage flow. The results will provide a reference to the design of piston pair of hydraulic axial piston motor.
