Abstract
红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)是调节红细胞生成的细胞因子,近年来研究发现,多种非红细胞生成组织表达红细胞生成素受体(erythropoietin receptor,EPOR),提示EPO具有多种生物活性,有可能成为抗肿瘤细胞增殖治疗及抗血管生成治疗的靶点.Epo在各种肿瘤中的作用逐渐成为研究的热点,尤其近年脑肿瘤的研究渐多,现将EPO及受体在脑肿瘤中的表达进行综述。
