Abstract
In order to improve the clinical teaching quality, we reformed the traditional clinical teaching model in our hospital and established a new clinical teaching model integrated classroom teaching, clinical intra-course practice and clerkship into one process. The survey results from the students and teachers who participated in this reform showed that this new clinical teaching model was helpful to enhance the students' learning motivations and improve their clinical skills. But the effect of the new clinical teach-ing model should be further tested and the new model itself still should be further improved. Key words: Integrative clinical teaching; Teaching model; reform
