前列腺特异性膜抗原(Prostate Specific Membrane antigen,PSMA)是一种前列腺癌相关抗原,具有较高的组织特异性和膜结合性.在前列腺癌,特别是非激素依赖型前列腺癌及其转移灶中表达增高,在前列腺癌的早期诊断、治疗和预后方面具有重要意义,因此近年来成为前列腺癌的研究热点。
