Abstract

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-10( MMP-10)在结肠癌中的表达特点及其与临床病理的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测结肠腺癌 MMP-10、 MMP-9、血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)、Ⅳ型胶原及 FⅧ Ag的表达情况.结果结肠癌 MMP-10、 MMP-9和 VEGF的阳性率分别为 64%、 71%和 80%. 3者呈正相关共同作用于肿瘤间质血管,致微血管密度( MVD)增多. MMP-10的阳性表达强度较 MMP-9弱 ,MMP-10具有激活 MMP-9的功能. MMP-10的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关,但与患者的发病部位、性别和组织分型无关.结论 MMP-10、 VEGF和 MMP-9的表达与结肠癌的侵袭转移密切相关.
