Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of clinical nursing path on patients with gastric cancer. Methods Totaled of 120 cases of gastric cancer patients were taken as research subjects , in which the control group of 60 patients was treated with routine care measure and observation group of 60 patients using clinical nursing path. Results After treatment , observation group with anus ventilation and hospitalization time were (2.6 ±1.1) days and (11.9 ±2.6) days, significantly shorter than those of the control group of patients (P〈0.05), and the observation group with hospitalization costs were (11345.7 ±2212.3) RMB, significantly lower than those in the con-trol group (P〈0.05) .Meanwhile, in observation group SAS and SDS scores were (36.57 ±4.76 ) points, (35.43 ±4.45 ) points, it were improved significantly compared with those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .In addition , in the observation group satisfaction degrees of nurses attitudes , nursing level , health education and psychological nursing were respectively 95.0%, 100%, 96.7% and 100% ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions The clinical nursing path can significantly shorten the postoperative anal ventilation time and postoperative hospital stay, which help restore the patient’s prognosis and it is worthy of clinical application.
