根据急性呼吸窘迫综合征的病因的不同,将ARDS分为肺源性及非肺源性ARDS.不同病因所致的ALI/ARDS治疗效果与预后不同.本综述将肺内外源性ARDS不同的发病机制、呼吸力学、影象学以及对不同通气治疗策略的差异作一简述。
