Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of group game combined with self-relaxation music therapy on self-management, social skills and quality of life of schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 75patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from March to June 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number method, the patients were randomly divided into conventional control group, music treatment group and combination treatment group, 25 cases of each group. The conventional control group received antipsychotics. The music treatment group received drugs combined with self-relaxation music therapy. The combined treatment group received drugs combined with group games and self-relaxation music therapy. After 3 months of intervention, self-management ability, social skills and quality of life were compared among the three groups. Results After the intervention, PANSS, SAPS and SANS scores of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the improvement range was successively from large to small as the conventional control group , music treatment group and combination treatment group, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, BPRS and MRSS scores of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the music treatment group and the conventional control group, the music treatment group was lower than the conventional control group, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, ITAQ scores in all dimensions of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Among them, the improvement range was successively from large to small, combination treatment group, music treatment group and routine control group, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores SDSS and SQLS in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the music treatment group and the conventional control group, while those in the music treatment group were lower than those in the conventional control group, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Group games combined with self-relaxation music therapy can improve the patient's disease symptoms, improve self-management, social skills and quality of life. Key words: Schizophrenia; Group game; Musicotherapy; Nursing; Clinical effect
