Abstract
目的 探讨化纤胶囊对肺纤维化模型大鼠肺组织TIMP-1及MMP-2 mRNA表达的影响.方法将Wistar大鼠分为正常组、模型组、中药组(化纤胶囊)、激素组(泼尼松),观察28d.分别于第7、14、28天处死动物,检测组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP-1)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)mRNA蛋白在肺组织的表达,并与模型组进行比较.结果药物组第14、28天TIMP-1、MMP-2mRNA蛋白表达均低与模型组.结论化纤胶囊对TIMP-1、MMP-2 mRNA在肺内的异常高表达有抑制作用。
