Research progress of chemokines and their receptors in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract

Chemokines and their receptors play an important role in the occurance and development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). The effects of chemokines and their receptors in HCC are different, chemokines and their receptors associated with HCC are mostly expressed in promoting tumor cell proliferation, angiogenesis and invasion, but some chemokines and their receptors play an anti-tumor role. This reviews focus on the role of chemokines and their receptors in HCC. Key words: Chemotactic factors; Carcinoma, hepatocellular; Chemokine receptor; Chemokine CXCL12
