Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of flupentixol melitracen combined with rabeprazole on patients with reflux esophagitis and its influence on gastrointestinal function. Methods One hundred patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly selected and were divided into two groups according to their therapeutic drugs. Patients in study group (50 cases) were treated with fluperthiazide meritracine combined with rabeprazole, while patients in control group (50 cases) were treated with rabeprazole. The effects of treatment, incidence of adverse reactions, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score, and the scores of reflux esophagitis symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group (96.00%) was higher than that of control group (82.00%), P<0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in study group (4.00%) was lower than that in control group (18.00%), P<0.05. There was no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores in the two groups before treatment (P<0.05); after treatment, the HAMD and HAMA scores of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores of reflux esophagitis between the two groups (P<0.05); after treatment, all symptoms scores of reflux esophagitis in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Fluperthiazide meritracine combined with rabeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis has better clinical effect and high application value. It can improve the scores of HAMD, HAMA and each symptom with low incidence of adverse reaction and high safety. Key words: Fluperthiazide meritracine; Rabeprazole; Reflux esophagitis; Gastrointestinal function
