Abstract
目的 总结手术治疗胃癌的经验.方法对1999年4月至2004年4月共施行全胃切除治疗胃癌68例进行回顾性分析.结果根治性全胃切除52例,消化道重建术式Roux-en-Y食管-空肠吻合术.姑息性全胃切除16例,同时行右半结肠切除2例.手术死亡1例,手术死亡率为1.5%.结论对胃癌治疗主张扩大手术根治范围,全胃切除Roux-en-Y食管-空肠吻合是安全有效的治疗方法。
