The effect of nursing management of electing employed nurse to head nurse

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management of electing employed nurse to head nurse.Methods The well political,ideological,professional and technical employed nurses were elected to be head nurse by fair competing.Results Both the employed head nurse and unemployed head nurse were good leadership in the nurse team.Conclusions It will be use full to stabilize the nurse team and improve the quality of medical nursing,recognize the role of employed nurse and prove a platform to employed nurses.
