Abstract

目的探讨局部照射对创伤愈合过程中伤口(Fb)TGFβ1及TGFβR1表达的影响及意义.方法将132只Wistar大鼠分为单纯创伤组(对照组)和照射复合创伤组(照射组),用免疫组织化学、原位杂交和图像分析方法检测两组伤口愈合过程中伤后1~60 d各时间点伤口成纤维细胞中TGFβ1、TGFβR1蛋白及TGFβ1 mRNA表达的变化规律.结果单纯创伤组伤口成纤维细胞TGFβ1、TGFβR1表达有明显的时相性,伤后2~21 d可见表达,10 d为表达高峰;照射复合创伤组其表达减弱,且表达时相延长,伤后28 d仍有表达.结论照射抑制伤口成纤维细胞内源性TGFβ1及TGFβR1的表达,表明照射使成纤维细胞自分泌TGFβ1功能减弱并对外源性TGFβ1的反应性减弱.
