Abstract
Subtractive hybridization technology is a gene screening technique,which has been used to study eukaryotic organism gene differential expression since the 1980s.Suppression subtractive hybridization,another method for subtractive hybridization basing on suppression PCR,is characterized by high specificity.The two methods have been used in lots of territories.This paper introduced their principle,method,advantages,disadvantages and application in tuberculosis research in detail.
