Abstract

信号转导及转录激活子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT5)是信号转导及转录激活因子家族中的重要一员,参与多种细胞因子以及生长因子的信号转导和转录调控,参与细胞增殖、分化和生存,与细胞正常生理作用密切相关.但是,最近的研究发现,STAT5的异常活化将导致细胞的异常增殖和凋亡障碍,促进肿瘤的发生、发展,与多种肿瘤的关系密切.本文就STAT5与相关肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
