Efficacy of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy on patients with acute leukemia and its effect on body's immune function

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy on in patients with acute leukemia (AL) and its effect on immune function. Methods Eighty-eight cases of AL from March 2014 to July 2016 were divided into control group and treatment group by the double blind method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were only given chemotherapy, and the treatment group were given chemotherapy combined with Shenqifuzheng injection. CD3+ , CD3+ /CD4+ , CD3+ /CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the two groups were detected by flow cytometry instrument before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, there was no significantly difference on remission rate er fatality between the two groups(P>0.05); The levels of the CD3+ , CD3+ /CD4+ , CD3+ /CD8+ of two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and CD4+ /CD8+ in the treatment group was significantly rising(P<0.05), but the levels of CD3+ /CD8+ , CD4+ /CD8+ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); The main adverse reactions of the two groups included gastrointestinal reaction, hidrosis, infection and bleeding, and the incidences of hidrosis and bleeding in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of AL is positive, and it’s adverse reactions are less, can improve body’s active immunity function effectly.
