Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing in the patients with anorectal surgery .Methods A total of 100 cases of selective operation patients with anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group adopted routine nursing care , the observation group adopted perioperative nursing , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self care ability including health knowledge level , self concept , self responsibility in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .Postoperative recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group , the postoperative anxiety score, pain score was lower than those in the control group , postoperative complications was less than that in the control group , nursing satis-faction was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions The perioperative nursing can make the whole process of seamless;effectively improve the nursing quality to promote rehabilitation.
