Abstract

目的观察强次声波暴露后豚鼠Corti器外毛细胞(OHC)的脱氢酶活性变化及形态变化. 方法将20只豚鼠随机等分为对照组和4个实验组(每组4只),置于频率8 Hz、强度为135 dB的次声声场中连续暴露90 min.采用Adobe Photoshop软件测定豚鼠耳蜗OHC琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)显色灰度值(GSV),比较强次声波暴露前、后8 h、2 d、5 d和21 d时OHC的SDH的活性变化,并在光镜下观察耳蜗损伤情况. 结果次声暴露后各组动物耳蜗OHC的SDH显色灰度值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),光镜下观察发现散在性或局限性OHC肿胀及缺失,细胞境界不清,SDH染色浅淡,且部分OHC的缺失为永久性改变. 结论强次声波能影响OHC的能量代谢,从而明显降低耳蜗OHC的功能,并可导致豚鼠耳蜗OHC永久性的损伤.
