Effects of bundle nursing on the improvement of illness state in severe pneumonia children

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of bundle nursing in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods Eighty children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was used bundle nursing , nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results SaO2 , PaO2 in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group , PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group , the cooling time, improvment time of lung auscultation and chest X -ray, complications, hospitalization time were less than those in the control group , curative effect was high-er than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Life quality grading score in anxiety scale , living standard , phys-ical standard in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , the parents nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusions Bundle nursing is directed by nursing evidence -based medicine;it can improve the treatment effects and the quality life of severe pneumonia children .
