Research progress of Hedgehog signaling pathway in leukemia

Hedgehog signaling pathway is an important signaling pathway in human body. Human Hedgehog signaling pathway plays a crucial role in embryogenesis, organ development and maintain homeostasis. Studies have shown aberrant activation of the Hedgehog signaling pathway is closely related to various types of malignancies including hematological malignancies. This article will review the constitute of Hedgehog signaling pathway, Hedgehog pathway research status in leukemia and its prospect in leukemia therapy.
