Abstract

目的 探讨新生儿PICC导管终端位置对导管留置的影响.方法对83例危重新生儿、早产儿实施PICC置管术,观察导管终端位于不同位置时导管的留置时间及并发症的发生率.结果导管终端位于上腔静脉与位于锁骨下静脉或颈外静脉的留置时间分别为(25.32±17.98)d和(5.60±3.10)d,差异有显著性(P<0.01);导管终端位于上腔静脉时,1.37%的患儿发生导管终端周围皮肤肿胀发红,而终端位于锁骨下静脉或颈外静脉时,发生率为70.00%,差异有显著性(P<0.01),当导管终端位于上述2位置时,患儿在静脉炎、堵塞、败血症方面的发生率差异无显著性.结论新生儿PICC导管终端的理想位置是上腔静脉,置管时应尽量使导管终端置入上腔静脉。
