大多数恶性肿瘤细胞包括结直肠癌细胞的端粒酶活性明显高于正常,并且研究发现人端粒酶组成成分之一人端粒酶逆转录酶能够间接反应端粒酶的活性状态.现综述人端粒酶逆转录酶在结直肠癌中的应用价值。
