Clinical evaluation of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy on nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiotherapy induced complications in 20 patients

Abstract

目的 观察高压氧(HBO)对鼻咽癌放疗后期各种并发症的治疗作用,并对其特异性疗效进行了综合评价.方法 鼻咽癌患者40例,分为HBO组和对照组,两组均接受相同条件的放射治疗.HBO组20例,除常规处理外,同时给予HBO治疗.治疗压力为0.2 MPa(2.0 ATA)吸纯氧2次,每次40min,每天1次,10 d为1个疗程,治疗8~12个疗程.对照组20例只给予常规处理.结果 两组患者放疗后期并发症的发生率基本相似(P>0.05),但HBO组患者各种并发症的治愈率及缓解率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 HBO对鼻咽癌放疗后的各种并发症具有明显的治疗效果,可以减轻患者的痛苦,使其生活质量得到明显提高。
