Abstract

逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法被用于检测胃癌微转移病灶中特殊的mRNA表达,可以发现早、中期胃癌根治术后患者的微小转移灶,对肿瘤分期、指导治疗、判断预后等有重要临床意义.现综述RT-PCR在胃癌微转移中的检测及其临床意义。
