Abstract

目的 比较异丙酚(Propof0l)和氯胺酮(ketamine)麻醉在小儿内眼手术中的效果.方法20例小儿内眼手术随机分为2组,异丙酚十局麻组(称A组)和氯胺酮十局麻组(称B组).A组异丙酚2~3 mg·kg-1诱导后以5~8 mg·kg-1·h-1维持,B组氯胺酮1~2 mg·kg-1诱导后以5~10 mg·kg-1·h-1维持.结果B组术毕眼压明显高于术前(P<0.05),A组术毕眼压较术前降低但无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).B组麻醉后收缩压、舒张压和心率升高至术毕与麻醉前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组麻醉后收缩压和舒张压稍有下降与麻醉前比无统计学意义(P>0.05),HR与麻醉前相比无明显变化,两组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组术后苏醒时间早于B组有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后恶心呕吐发生率低于B组(P<0.05).结论异丙酚是较为理想的小儿内眼手术的全麻用药。
