Abstract
Based on the training experience of Sun Yat-Sen University in joining the national college student clinical skills competition, this paper summarized the methods and experiences of competition clinical skills training and generalized them into the daily clinical skills teaching. It proposes the combination of cultivation of teaching team and elevation of medical students’ skills, optimizes clinical skills training method and applies the objective structured clinical examination system into evaluation of teaching efficacy, hoping to provide reference for clinical skills training and teaching.
