Abstract

Objective To explore salbutamol, budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in infants with asthma clinical effect. Methods Infants included 100 patients with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group of 50 patients. The control group in the basic treatment of the same time, given salbutamol, budesonide inhalation therapy;treatment group based on the therapy in the control group, plus spray with ipratropium bromide inhalation. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).All children were not there during the treatment adverse events. Conclusion Salbutamol,Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in infants with acute asthma attack, safe and effective,it is worth popularization and application of the hospital at the grassroots level. Key words: Salbutamol;  Budesonide;  Ipratropium bromide;  Infants asthma
