Abstract
Hand hygiene is the one of most effective simple way to prevent and control the nosocomial infection,which includes washing hand and hand disinfection.Through the research on effect evaluation of hand hygiene,it had been found that the reason of low hand hygiene obedience was associated with insufficient cognition,shortage of knowledge and profession.To enhance the hand hygiene obedience is still a research heat spot at present.
