Abstract
The molecular imaging and targeted therapy with radiolabeled anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody or recombinant anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody fragments is the effective methods to improve the survival rate for non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma (NHL). This article reviews the biological characteristics of CD20 and the immunotherapy, radioimmunotherapy, radioimmunoimaging with anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody for NHL.
