Abstract
DNA methylation is known as an important molecular mechanism for tumorigenesis.Studies find that CpG islands methylation of the promoter regions of several tumor suppressor genes is an early event in the process of lung cancer,which is significant for early diagnosis and reducing morbidity and mortality of lung cancer.
