Evaluation of integrated care model in the cardiology department on improving the patient's quality of life and treatment compliance

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of integrated care model on improving the quality of life and enthusiasm of treatment in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods Totals of 1200 patients were divided into two groups randomly,and each had 600 cases.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group received integration care.Quality of life,compliance with treatment and the quality evaluate of care.Results The quality of life of the observation group was 65.83％ (395/600),while the control group was 49.33％ (296/600),and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-6.103,P ＜ 0.05).The enthusiasm of treatment of observation group was 81.00％ (486/600),and that of control group was 56.33％ (338/600),and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-4.021,P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complaint and risk event in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and patients' satisfaction was significantly higher than control group (x2 =4.332、4.496、7.011,P＜0.05).Conclusions In the department of cardiology,integrated care model can significantly improve patients' quality of life,improve the treatment of enthusiasm and quality of care.
