Research progress on the related factors and treatment of positive margin after cervical conization

In recent years, the incidence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) has gradually increased and is becoming younger. High-grade CIN is a clear precancerous lesion of cervical cancer, which is the most common gynecological malignant tumor. According to statistics, China accounts for one-third of the annual number of about 500 000 new cases of cervical cancer, of which about 50 000 women die of this disease.According to the current medical environment, CIN can be diagnosed early, treated early, and prevented from developing into cervical cancer as soon as possible. Cervical conization is the main method for the treatment of high-grade CIN. It has the dual role of diagnosis and treatment. However, there are still some cases where the margin is positive. This article aims to investigate the related influencing factors and treatment opinions of positive margin after cervical conization.
