Alprostadil combined with benagepril therapy of early diabetic nephropathy

Objectives To observe the effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril treating of early diabetie nephropathy(DN).Methods DN were randomly divided into two groups,while in the conventional therapy,A group were treated with benazepril,B group of alprestadil combined with benazepril treatment,the time is 2 weeks,compared two groups before and after treatment of urine from the protein excretion rate(UAER)changes.Results UAER groups before andaftertreatment were significantly decreased(A group of p＜0.05,B group p ＜0.01),B group and A group difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions Alprestadil combined with benazepril out Diltiazem injection is an effective method of treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
