Study on angina pectoris holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral stones with acute renal emergency ureteroscopic

Objectives To investigate the treatment effect of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculus with acute renal colic.Methods Choose 40 cases in our hospital from Jun.2011 to Dec.2013 as experimental group,which were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.While 40 cases treated with expectant treatment were collected as control group.Two groups were compared in pain relief,the stone clearance rate and complications.Results Compared with control group,the experimental group did better in pain relief and lithagogue rate and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral caculus with acute renal colic can effectively relieve pain,promote lithecbole,has fewer complications,can be applied in the future clinical work.
