Abstract

目的探讨白内障超声乳化吸出术后角膜水肿的原因和防治方法.方法观察111眼超声乳化术后角膜情况,分析角膜水肿原因并讨论处理和预防措施.结果术后早期87.39%角膜水肿,其中内皮线状浑浊52.2%;内皮点片状浑浊15.32%;角膜基质弥漫水肿19.8%.结论角膜水肿与多因素有关,避免角膜内皮损伤,主要应以预防为主.
