Abstract

肾小球滤过率(GFR)是判断肾小球滤过功能的重要指标,但目前临床常用的测定GFR的方法存在一定局限性.最近的一系列研究表明血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C)是一种特异性高、准确性好且敏感的反应GFR的指标,在各种肾脏病中都有其应用价值。
