Progress in the study of detection methods of minimal residual leukemia

Abstract
Minimal residual leukemia is not only the main source of leukemia relapse,but also the obstacles of effective leukemic treatment.Early detection of minimal residual leukemia is very important to prognosis assesment,treatment guidance and prolong of life span.The data emerging from the study of the detection approach of minimal residual leukemia were reviewed in this article.
