Clinical analysis on 15 cases of multiple intussusception in children

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and diagnostic and treatment method for children with multiple intussusception.Methods Retrospective analysis during the past 10 years was used in treated 15 cases in clinical manifestations of pediatric multiple intussusception,intussusception number and the occurrence site,diagnosis and treatment,and then summarized them.Results 15 cases of multiple intussusception were diagnosed during surgery,and 1 case of ultrasonography showed multiple intussusception before surgery; 15 cases of multiple found 36 intussusception,including 15 ileum-colon intussusception,11 Jejunum intussusception.Secondary 3 cases,12 cases of primary.Conclusion Multiple intussusception is difficult for diagnosis in children,and difficult to clear before surgery,easily missed,ultrasound can help diagnose; surgery should be the first treatment measure.
