Abstract

This paper reviews the latest developments in radiotherapy, chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy for local advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the past years. Radiotherapy, includes conventional fractionated radiotherapy, accelerated hyperf-raction radiotherapy and three-dimensional radiotherapy etc.Chemotherapy, includes the analysis of effects of various chemotherapeutic regimens, recommending the reasonable methods of chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy and the development of molecular targeted therapy. Sequential chemoradiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy show advantagement chemoradiotherapy on the local control rate and survival rate. Key words: Carcinoma, non-small-cell lung;  Radiotherapy;  Drug therapy;  Combined modality therapy
