Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation on motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients randomly divided into intervention group and control group,all of them were treated with the same drugs,and patients in intervention group were added with rehabilitation (Boboth and Rood technique training) after their stable vital signs for 2~3 days.Rehabilitation evaluations were undertaken by Fugl-Meyer motion evaluation (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI).Results FMA and MBI were not significantly different between two groups before treatment (P> 0.05),but there were,significantly after treatment (P<0.01),and curative effects in intervention group were better than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation can improve the motor function and ADL,and curative effects in intervention group were better than those in control group.
