Abstract
RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是最近几年发现和发展起来的新兴的基因阻断技术.目前,已经在很多生物体中发现了RNAi现象,包括小鼠在内的脊椎动物.随着对RNAi研究的不断深入,其作用机制逐渐被阐明,本文就RNAi技术的研究历史、主要特征、分子机制和成功进行RNAi实验的主要措施以及RNAi在肾脏疾病治疗中的应用前景进行综述和小结。
