Clinical observation of small incision cataract extraction,intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy

Abstract

目的探讨小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术(三联手术)治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果.方法应用小切口三联手术对31例青光眼合并白内障进行手术治疗.术后随访6～48月,平均14.5月.结果术前平均视力0.05,术后平均视力0.45,≥0.5者18例占58%.术前平均眼压(28.01±2.65)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),术后随访最终平均眼压降至(14.44±1.83)mmHg.结论小切口三联手术治疗青光眼合并白内障,具有控制眼压满意,恢复有用视力的理想效果.
