Advances in orthokeratology for hyperopia

Abstract
Orthokeratology is a nonsurgical correction method for refractive error,whick is mainly used in the treatment of myopia at present.A few clinical studies have also reported its application in hyeropic correction,and further investigations and needed to confirm its effect and safety.This article mainly discusses fitting and centration,clinical outcomes and related factors,effects on visual quality,and mechanisms of corneal reshaping in hyperopic orthokeratology.
