Abstract
Oxygen-sensitive ion channels widely expresses in pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells, which determine vascular tone in hypoxia and are involved in hypoxia pulmonary vasoconstriction. The paper summarizes that roles of K+ and Ca2+ channels in acute and chronic hypoxia pulmonary vasoconstriction. Key words: Hypoxia pulmonary vasoconstriction; K+ channels; Ca2+ channels; Hypoxia pulmonary hypertension
